Kim Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against Chad Hurley, accusing the YouTube co-founder of leaking Kanye West‘s wedding proposal at AT&T Park in San Francisco, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
Hurley filmed abehind-the-scenes video of West’s over-the-top proposal to Kim on her 33rd birthday, Oct. 21.
