Is this fashion or what, not just to the person wearing but also to who ever made it , I personally  think the Taylor made this outfit  with one eye opened , and the not so intelligent ones wearing it  thinking it the new fashion trend when it only error or a malfunction  
And for those who still , choose to wear dresses like these ones because they don't understand the meaning of Malfunction  well here is the definition for them  BN
