Man Kills Wife, Posts Photo Of Her Dead Body To Facebook

Miami, US -- A picture that appears to show a dead woman has been uploaded to Facebook by the woman's husband, also alleged to have been the killer, according to the local news reports. 31-year-old South Miami resident Derek Medina went to police on
Thursday to tell them he had a domestic dispute with his wife and then shot her. Medina appears to have uploaded a photograph of his dead wife to his Facebook account.
The graphic photo shows a woman bent over backwards with her knees bent, her face and arm covered in blood. Before it had been deleted from the social media website, the picture was shared 173 times. The man's friends don't seem to know how to react:
Another post appears to show Medina admitting to the crime: It is worth noting that the account's cover image is an image of a man sitting happily with a woman and a young girl: A spokesman for Miami-Dade Police Department, who are now investigating the case, confirmed that detectives found the woman deceased when they responded to the home. A child was also found at the scene but was unharmed, according to NBC6. Medina has authored a number of self-help e-books, including one titled "How I Saved Someone's Life and Marriage and Family Problems Thru Communication."
