It was celebration all around the weekend as different parties were held, birthdays,marriages,burial ceremony and others. It was different attire worn by different people, for the men it was just cool, but for the ladies it was all different fashions seen, among the ones recorded was these particular one getdgists will like everyone to see.
I say its fashion,unless she is advertising.you never can tell.I love the dress tho.
