UNBELIEVABLE! 4 YEAR OLD GENIUS INVITED TO JOIN MENSA

I can’t even remember what I was doing at four years old. But I do know I didn’t learn the U.S. state capitals until I was 10 or 11, in fifth grade. But Anala Beevers’ story is completely different than mine. This four year old, New Orleans native is a genius and has her Mensa membership card to prove it.
Anala was invited to join Mensa, an organization for people with IQs higher than 98 percent of the population, placing them in the top 2 percent.
Anala with an IQ of 145, higher than that of most U.S. presidents, is in the top 1 percent. And judging from her credentials that assessment sounds about right. At just four months old, Anala knew her alphabet. And by a year and a half, she knew how to count…in Spanish. Now, Anala is onto the names of planets, dinosaurs and the capitals of several foreign countries.

And Anala is very clear about her gift of intelligence. When an interviewer from AOL asked her, “How smart are you?”, she replied, “Very smart.”
That’s an understatement.
So you may be wondering, what’s it like to parent a child this smart. Well, Anala’s father Landon says that she really is a handful and keeps them on their toes. He says the toddler needs her own reality show. Anala’s mother, Sabrina, says that their daughter constantly corrects their grammar, telling them that’s not the correct way to say certain things. Anala admits that she’s smarter than her parents and they both agree.
In the future, Anala says she wants to be a nurse. When she’s not flexing her intelligence, Anala enjoys playing with her older sister.
While four might seem like it takes the cake, two year old Adam Kirby of South London was inducted into Mensa earlier this year. The youngest ever Mensa member was Elise Tan Roberts, also from London. She was inducted at 2 years old (a month younger than Adam) in 2009.
