Popular M-Net-produced series Tinsel has suffered a setback as one of her main actors Chris Attoh who plays ‘Kwame Mensah’ suddenly announced he is leaving the series to pursue other career interests.
Chris dropped the bombshell via a statement through a South Africa based management, Waka Talent. ‘The last seven years on Tinsel have been an incredible journey and experience for me. Working with M-Net was phenomenal and it took a lot of deliberation but I have decided to pursue other career interests‘, he said.
Chris leaves almost a year after another strong face on the show Damilola Adegbite who played Telema Duke announced she too was leaving to pursue other career interests.
