Oh no the bump on Kanye West's forehead is really bad

Did not think it was that bad on till now. Kanye bumped his head on a sign post while trying to avoid his photo being taken by paparazzi while on a lunch date with Kim K a few days back. , Kanye! just wondering why he is always looking sad.
