Little Prince George shows off new skills at New Zealand playgroup on his first official engagement

What a lovely visit it was for the royal family . according to the daily mail. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took their eight-month-old son to meet ten lucky families whose children were born within weeks of the young royal's birthday on July 22 last year. Six girls and four boys were selected to attend the event at Government House, Wellington, which was organised by local parent support group Plunket. Reflecting the diversity of New Zealand society, the group includes a gay couple, single mother and parents from Maori, Samoan, Chinese and European descent. The young Royal did not seem to be in the best of moods at the start of the event, pulling his mother's hair and making another baby cry after grabbing her toy. But he soon settled down to play with the other children, taking his turn on a toy tambourine and showing that he has already mastered the art of crawling.
