The chairman of Silverbird group, Ben Murray Bruce is sure leaving his footsteps on the sands of time, and this is as far as entertainment is concerned in this part of the divide. The man who has cornered almost everything in the entertainment and media business has invested in yet another landmark venture. He  throw open, an exclusive pub christened Friends’ Club this Friday, 

Report reaching us is that , Uncle Ben has just bought a fabulous property located on Plot 22 Oyinkan Abayomi Drive (also called Queens Drive) off Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos and the nature of business here is a fantastic lounge designed just for the big boys.

According to the gist, aside the fact that the property caters for top flight boardroom colossi for the purpose of “out-of-this-world” relaxation, it has an accompaniment of large boat which will sail every hour to and fro Silverbird Galleria.

Am sure not many people are aware that, the Silverbird Galleria on Ahmodu Bello Way is backed by the Ocean and by the time the property on Queens’ Drive is completed, it will complement Friends’ Club by serving as a novel relaxation corner just like what’s obtainable in the Bahamas and Caribbean Island.

Work, we learnt is at advanced stage at the Oyinkan Abayomi Drive Lounge in anticipation of the grand opening of Friends’ Club. In what will look like the first of its kind, the exclusive guests will be ferried from Oyinkan Abayomi Drive and will be entertained in the boat for a while before being taken to the Galleria for the grand opening .
