Very sad RIP:Pregnant Bride To Be Stabbed to death On Day Before Her Wedding

A woman was stabbed to death a day before her wedding, according to police.

The pregnant Brooklyn, New York, woman was found stabbed to death in her apartment Saturday, a day before her wedding and two weeks before she was to give birth.

Vindalee Smith, 38, was lying bloodied on the floor of her home on East 94th Street in East Flatbush, with an open stab wound in the neck, sources said.
There were no signs of forced entry and no weapon was discovered in the basement apartment, where the mother of four children lived alone, sources said.

Police sources said that the police questioned her boyfriend but it is unclear if he was still being questioned. "I cannot even begin to imagine who would want to do that," Smith's friend, Sybil Samuel, 58, said. "It would have to be the devil to kill a woman with a child in the womb. Two people were killed."

The grisly murder was discovered by Smith’s concerned landlord, in what should have been the happiest of weekends, with plans for a baby shower Saturday night followed by a church wedding in a small shop later in the day.
