Kim Kardashian claims she is not faking her pregnancy and she is out to prove it

I think she should be left alone, I mean how possible is it to fake a pregnancy, she will have to put to birth soon.
This is yet another photo proving she is not faking it, well as a celebrity it is common practice for them to have a full photo shoot of their pregnancy by professional photographers and placed in magazine why not just do that since she is really keen to prove she is not faking. BN lol
