Khloe Kardashian has revealed the secrets behind her weight loss.
The reality star has slimmed down in recent months having dropped an estimated 20lbs and owes it in part to heart-pumping, foot-stomping boxing sessions.
The reality TV star, who has taken to wearing a series of skintight outfits lately, showed off her newly svelte figure on Thursday as she headed to an organic juice cafe in Los Angeles.
The 28-year-old brunette - who is married to basketball player Lamar Odom - says that the sport keeps her motivated and prevents her from throwing in the towel on exercise.
'Well I love to box,' Khloe told OK! magazine. 'I’ve always boxed. I just love it. I’m good at it. I get the circuit really well.
'Like when they yell out numbers I’m really fast and good with it and it keeps me really entertained.
'I don’t get bored and you shed weight when you do it.'
Khloe's motivator is world-famous trainer-to-the-stars Gunnar Peterson.
'I’ve been working out with Gunnar but I’ve been doing like a lot,' the former X Factor host said.
'I switch it up because I get really bored. So I do either Pilates or I go to Equinox gym and I make sure I do cardio, if I don’t do anything.
'But I love Gunnar for like my circuit training.'
Khloe also turned to her older sister Kourtney - who has children Mason, three, and Penelope, nine months, with partner Scott Disick - for advice after seeing how quickly she has shed her pregnancy weight, according to Us Weekly.
A source said: 'It's not as much about depriving yourself of entire categories of foods. Kourt is a good mentor.'
Khloe, meanwhile, is excited that sister Kim is expecting a baby with Kanye West.
'I love it. I love that she’s showing and she’s you know, that’s like now she gets to dress up the bump and have fun with it,' Khloe told OK!. 'So everyone be nice to her! She’s pregnant!'
